Simple Iolite Lariat Necklace in Sterling Silver

Dark navy blue iolites are paired with silver in this elegant lariat necklace. This necklace features a slim stack of genuine iolite gemstones. These stones are cut into a flat disc shape, which is unique and so pretty. Iolite is also called "water sapphire" because the colour changes in different lights - sometimes they are more blue, other times dark violet. There is no clasp; you simply wrap the lariat around your neck and thread the gemstone end through the small round link twice, to hold it in place. It is minimalist in design, lightweight and so sparkly!

Sapphire is the birthstone for September, and these iolite gemstones are a lovely substitute.
