Rainbow Moonstone Cluster Necklace in Gold

This rainbow moonstone necklace is part of my newest collection that combines clusters of small gemstones with gold rings to form pendants. The faceted moonstones are white in colour, but flash a subtle blue when held to the light. They are so pretty grouped together, particularly with the gold. I have clustered 12 of these stones around a flattened circular pendant which slides freely along the gold filled cable chain. Each stone moves as you do, creating lots of sparkle and flash. A small lobster clasp secures the necklace, and more gemstones decorate the clasp section.

Necklace is approx. 18" (46cm) long.

What is Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off. It is a great way to enjoy affordable gold jewellery.
