Sapphire Earrings, Mismatched Earrings

These gorgeous sapphire earrings combine brushed silver, navy blue and white - an elegant and classic combination of colours. This pair of earrings has been designed to coordinate, but not to match. The long earrings contain navy blue iolite, crystal quartz and several different types of pearls including dark violet-blue, white and navy. A huge, genuine sapphire teardrop decorates the end of one earring, while a brushed silver teardrop balances the sapphire on the other earring. This sapphire is incredible! As soon as I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. The earrings are topped off with sterling silver hook earwires.

Earrings are approx. 2 7/8" (7.3cm) long from the top of the earwire to the bottom of the last bead.

Note: These earrings are being modeled by my lovely mannequin "Megan" and have never been worn by a real person. Megan is life-sized and should offer a good idea of scale.
