Labradorite Drop Earrings in Gold

These simple labradorite drop earrings combine flashy labradorite gemstones with rich yellow gold. Labradorite is known for its unique blue/green flashes of colour, and is a real favourite of mine. The faceting on these oval stones really shows off this flash of colour beautifully. The stones are topped off with more gold, and then suspended from elegantly-shaped handmade earwires.

Earrings are approx. 1" (25mm) long from the top of the earwires to the bottom of the gemstones.

You will receive one of the three pairs shown in the photos. Each pair of stones has an equal amount of flash - all are beautiful!

What is Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off. It is a great way to enjoy affordable gold jewellery.
