Genuine Sunstone Choker in Gold or Silver

This sunstone choker necklace combines the most beautiful gemstone with warm yellow gold. The shimmery, oval-shaped sunstone is centered on gold-filled cable chain in this simple design. The gemstone has a smooth surface and is approx. 10mm long. Little sunstones connect the lobster clasp. This necklace makes a great layering piece as well.

This necklace is approx. 15.75" (40cm) long, and is shown on my life-sized mannequin. Please contact me if you would prefer a different length.

What is Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off. It is a great way to enjoy affordable gold jewellery.
