Genuine Ruby Earrings and Keshi Freshwater Pearls

These ruby earrings are bright and festive for the upcoming holiday. Ivory freshwater keishi pearls with tiny genuine ruby centers are clustered in the shape of loose blossoms, complete with green keishi "leaves". The blossoms are attached to elegant, gold-filled threader earrings. The pearl clusters are approx. 13mm wide. These would certainly brighten up a Christmas outfit!

Earrings are approx. 3 1/2" (90mm) long from the end of the threader post to the bottom of the blossom. Threader earrings may be worn at different lengths depending on your preference; these will hang approximately 2" from your ear, with the rest of the chain at the back.

Included is a pair of plastic clutches that you can thread onto the back of the earrings for added security.

What is Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off. It is a great way to enjoy affordable gold jewellery.
