These large garnet hoop earrings are a beautiful combination of red and gold. Deep red, genuine garnet gemstones are individually wrapped by hand to 2" (51mm) gold-filled hoops. The AAA quality stones range in size as they travel around the hoop. Despite their size, these earrings are fairly lightweight and comfortable to wear. Gorgeous!

Garnet is the birthstone for January.

Earrings are approx. 2 1/8" (54mm) in diameter including the gemstones.

What is Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off. It is a great way to enjoy affordable gold jewellery.
