Prehnite Earrings with Gold Leverbacks

These mint green prehnite earrings are so pretty for Spring. They feature lovely, cushion cut gemstones in a generous 10 x 14mm size. They need no further embellishment than small, gold filled leverback earwires. Prehnite is a cloudy, soft green shade with multiple inclusions, such as subtle darker areas or streaks. This particular pair have beautiful faceting and a pale, apple green hue. Gorgeous!

Earrings are approx. 1 1/4" (32mm) long from the top of the earwire to the bottom of the prehnite.

What is Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal.
