Olive Green Quartz Fringe Necklace in Gold

This olive green necklace is a new style for my shop. In this design, I have paired gold with olive green, black and bronze. Each green quartz stone dangles from short lengths of gemstone chain across the front of the necklace, forming a fringe pattern, and the colours complement each other so well. The black stones are black spinel; the bronze stones are pyrite. Little black beads connect the lobster clasp. To further accentuate the boho look, layer this necklace with one or two shorter chains.

The length of this necklace is adjustable from 14.5 - 16.5" (36.8 - 41.9cm) long. The gemstone section hangs down an additional 3" at the very center. My photos show the necklace at its shortest length.

What is Gold-Filled?

Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off. It is a great way to enjoy affordable gold jewellery.
